Memberships are valid from March to March, with the exception of BRS and UoN memberships, which are annual from the date of joining.

The cost of the package is £2,300 per year.
With a total 500 points on BRS Membership.
The BRS membership is a points based flexible system that allows you to book and play a limited amount of rounds throughout the membership year.
* 150 points will be added to the members BRS account after this payment.
* 40 Flexi members maximum.
* Join at any point in the year and we manually invoice you at the end of your year’s membership.
* Play 18 or 10 holes with 2 separate points matrixes.
* Flexi Members can hold a WHS handicap at the golf club.
* After receiving a WHS handicap a Flexi member can play in all monthly medals, stablefords and pro shop competitions. They may not enter Honours Board comps, Summer running knockouts or Inter-club matches.
* Flexi members playing in comps on Saturday (Men’s), or Tuesdays (Ladies) may not play before 1pm in summer or 11am in winter. Full members can play with Flexible members but must play within the Flexi members restriction (after 1pm summer or 11am winter).
* Flexi members will receive a membership card with discounts on food and drink in the bar/restaurant.
* Flexi Members will have access to a county card but will not be able to receive the full reciprocal discounts at our 10 selected courses.
* Flexi Members cannot attend the AGM.
* Flexi Members will not be allowed to join the committee.
* BRS Booking – 14 days in advance booking for full members and Flexi Members – 10 days for visitors.
Our student membership offers all the same benefits as a full membership but at a reduced price, specifically for students of the University of Nottingham.

You can never be too young to start golf!
Beeston Fields has a thriving Junior Section, with more than fifty junior members aged between 5 and 18. They meet on Monday evenings between 5:30pm and 7pm for a coaching session. Professional tuition is provided by our golf pro, Connor Ashby and is complemented by a number of volunteer coaches and enthusiastic adult members of the Club who come along to give coaching and encouragement to the youngsters. We find that this creates a vibrant, supportive and lively junior section.
We are very proud to be one of the few clubs in Nottinghamshire to have been awarded the Golf Mark, a national scheme operated by the EGU/EWGA and Sport England. It is designed to allow young people to optimise their talents and personal ability, whilst giving them appropriate support and encouragement. It also ensures the wellbeing of young people whilst in the care of adults.
The Junior Section has a team which plays matches against other clubs, and they have their own competitions on Sundays. Compete in tournaments, become a member and compete around the county or even the country!
